House 72 is aptly named after its address, as it is located at 72 Vörösmarty Street.
The renovated farmhouse has 2 separate rooms, a kitchen area and a private bathroom, making it perfect for families. The large garden is an ideal playground for children.
Please note that the property does not have a 24-hour reception.
Our prices include:
Accommodation in our individual guest houses;
Use of the 17 hectare park;
BBQ facilities;
Parking, use of garden;
VAT at the rate set by current legislation.
Room rates: from 30 000.-Ft/house for 4 persons.
The prices do not include the tourist tax, the rate of which is determined in accordance with the municipal decree in force at the time. The IFA is payable on the spot for persons over 18 years of age.
Wi-fi internet is not available in the area, pets are accepted only for events and weddings, after prior arrangement!
PAYMENT INFORMATION
- All our prices are gross, VAT included.
- For group bookings, 50% of the total amount is payable within 5 days of booking by bank transfer to the bank account specified in the confirmation, the balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival by bank transfer.

- In the case of an order, a letter of request for a deposit of 50% of the amount of the ordered services will be issued, which you are kindly requested to transfer within 5 days after booking.
- The remaining 50 % should be paid 8 days before the event to the bank account provided and a final invoice will be issued.
Cancellation conditions:
- If the guest cancels 21 days before the scheduled arrival, 30 % of the deposit will be retained as a penalty.
- If cancellation is made 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50 % of the deposit will be retained as a penalty.
- If the guest cancels 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, 100 % of the deposit will be retained as a penalty.
- Cancellations can only be accepted by email.
