VILLABOGArT: The former chief administrator’s house has been extensively renovated and is now home to an impressive and truly unique guest house. We have tried to use all the original wooden floors, beams and brickwork and to add as many eye-catching features as possible, such as our enclosed bathrooms.
The VILLABOGArT has 3 entrances, two on the side facing the chapel and one on the park side of the building.
The front entrance has 5 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 13 people at a time, a communal area, a small but well-equipped kitchen and a cozy dining room.
The second entrance leads into a common living room with 4 rooms. It can accommodate 8 people in total.
The entrance to the apartment is on the side of the building overlooking the park. It can comfortably accommodate a family of 4, and there is also a sauna in the bathroom with a bath.
The accommodation is available for larger groups, families and events. Wi-fi internet is not available in the area, pets are welcome by prior arrangement!
Please note that the property does not have a 24-hour reception.
Our prices include:
- Accommodation in newly renovated rooms;
- Use of the 17-hectare park;
- Use of the VILLABOGArT Guest House kitchen or kitchenette;
- Use of the use of the Villabogart’s own barbecue facilities;
- Parking;
- VAT at the rate set by current legislation.
- Our prices may vary depending on the period, number of guests, type of room and occupancy, we will provide an individual quotation depending on this information.
- Prices do not include tourist tax, which is charged in accordance with the local government regulations in force at the time. The IFA is payable on the spot for persons over 18 years of age.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
- All our prices are gross, VAT included.
- For group bookings, 50 % of the total amount is payable within 5 days of booking by bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the confirmation, the balance is payable 14 days before arrival by bank transfer.

- In the case of an order, a letter of advance payment of 50% of the amount of the services ordered will be issued, which you are kindly requested to transfer within 5 days of booking.
- If the guest cancels 21 days before the scheduled arrival date, 30 % of the amount paid will be retained as a penalty.
- If cancellation is made 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50 % of the deposit will be retained as a penalty.
- If the guest cancels 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, 100 % of the deposit will be retained as a penalty.
- Cancellations can only be accepted by email.
