• What is the fastest and best way to get to VILLABOGArT?

  Three routes are proposed:

  • From the M7 at Balatonszemes take road 67, then turn off at Mernyeszentmiklós along a paved road through Somogygesti to the centre of Alsóbogát, then roll down the hill and arrive at the Magtár;
  • or continue on the road 67 until Kaposfüred, then take the roundabout and turn right at the sign to Alsóbogát, on the Juta-Somogyjád route, to arrive at the Magtár;
  • or from the M7 at km 142, passing through the villages of Lengyeltóti - Somogyvár - Ostopán - Somogyjád to reach Alsóbogát (the longest but best quality road between the villages).

• How far is the accommodation from the Magtár?

  Accommodation at the Villa Bogart estate, such as the VILLABOGArT Guest House and the Maison BOGArT, is just a few minutes' walk from the Magtár.The average walking distance between the Villa Bogart Houses, Farmhouses and Farmhouses is 8-10 minutes, while by car it is only 3-4 minutes.

  

• Where is the accommodation located, how many people can stay on the estate and in the other guest houses?

  On the estate you will find the VILLABOGArT Guest House and the Maison BOGArT, which can accommodate up to 43 people in their unique, vintage-style rooms. On request, this capacity can be extended up to 85 people. Additional accommodation is also available in the estate's Village Houses, Farmhouses and Farmhouses, which are located 8-10 minutes' walk or 3-4 minutes' drive from the Magtár. Together these can accommodate up to 130 people.

• How far is the Odvas Tree?

  8-10 minutes on foot, but we are happy to offer golf cart transportation.

• Do we have wedding service providers (photographer, master of ceremonies, decorator, etc.)?

  No one is exclusive, but we are happy to recommend providers with whom we have a long-standing relationship.

• What programmes can you offer for families with children or team-building events?

  • Team building programmes:
    • Off-road tours - Cycling, off-road tour, segway tour in the castle park.
    • Gastronomic experiences - Beetroot cooking, cooking competition, wine tasting, brandy tasting.
    • Adventure activities - Treasure hunt, torchlight castle visit, adventure playground, hunting.
    • Extreme experiences - Hot air ballooning, go-karting, military adventure park.
    • Team building evenings - Party with DJ, experiential cooking, visit to Zselic Star Park.
  • Children and family programmes:
    • Animal experiences - horse riding, petting gentle deer, visit to Krishna Valley.
    • Outdoor adventures - Fishing, canopy trail, Zamárdi Adventure Park.
    • Cultural programmes - Visit to the Castle Museum, historical exhibitions.

• How many people can fit in the Granary and the Chapel?

  The Granary is good for up to 150 people, above that we use the Veteran's Garage. The chapel seats 60-70 people, the rest of the wedding party is seated in the area in front of the chapel and can watch and listen to the service on a projector.

• How many people can fit in the Castle?

  The capacity of the Castle can accommodate up to 100 people for ceremonies and 60-70 people for dinner.
